About this book

As the head of the ‘United States’ diplomatic mission to Malaysia, I am delighted to introduce you to a book that describes, from the point of view of those who have participated in it, the U.S. Fulbright program, which has been perhaps our single most successful initiative for building bridges between the peoples of Malaysia and the United States of America. Our two peoples are engaged in many collaborative efforts in a large number of areas of common interest including international education.
